Cosmos369 Directory is an AI tools directory operated by GalaxyZen AI. This notice covers cosmos369.com — the directory site itself.

- Email (only if you opt in) — to notify you when we launch or when reviews of tools you saved are updated.
- Click telemetry — which categories you browsed, which tools you clicked through to. Aggregated + de-identified.
- Affiliate-click attribution — when you click an affiliate link, the destination tool sees you came from us. We never sell personal data; the only signal passed is the referrer.
- Technical data — IP, user-agent, error events. For security + abuse-prevention.
3. Why we collect it
- To run the service you signed up for (notifications).
- To improve the directory (which tools matter, which categories need expansion).
- To track affiliate-program attribution (so we can honor partner agreements).
4. Who we share it with
- Cloudflare — DNS + edge security.
- Affiliate networks — only the referrer signal when you click a partner link. No personal data is passed.

5. How long we keep it

- Telemetry — 12 months, then aggregated + raw discarded.
